Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional growth strategies, ensuring profitability and success across countries like Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Japan.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Design and implement robust sales and marketing strategies tailored to regional needs, working closely with Country Heads to empower their teams and explore new business opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Lead the lifecycle management of varieties, integrating localized expertise and aligning market demands with breeding goals. Define the most suitable portfolio for different markets, aligning customer needs with financial targets.
- Agroservice: Ensure the best technical and agronomical knowledge of local teams, facilitating exchange among teams (local, regional, and international). Support the development of digital tools for serving customers and internal needs, and plan and execute learning programs for local teams and key customers.
- Master's degree or comparable in agricultural sciences/agricultural economics, or economics with a strong agricultural background/interest.
- Extensive experience in relevant roles, showcasing leadership experience and a solid understanding of agricultural and business management. International sales experience, particularly in the seed business, is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on both external and internal stakeholders, fostering excellent communication in diverse cultural settings.
- Ability to envision the big picture and translate it into actionable strategies, demonstrating a strategic mindset to drive meaningful outcomes.
