About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our country team in Germany as our Head of KWS Germany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our sales and marketing strategies, leading our team to achieve exceptional results, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for KWS to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
