Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Engineer:in as Leading Construction Supervisor:in to join our team at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Munich.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the quality, time, and budget-oriented construction supervision of railway infrastructure projects (for the trades of Structural Engineering, LST, Track, and Power Supply) in complex projects.
- You will oversee the technical leadership of team members, operational personnel deployment planning, and submission of deployment plans in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You will coordinate construction supervisors across trades.
- Within the project, you will serve as the point of contact for construction supervision for the project management team.
- You will ensure compliance with operational and safety-related regulations during construction and acceptance.
- You will be responsible for contract fulfillment of subcontractors, including measures to prevent additional work and coordination of acceptance, inspection, and possibly remaining work.
- You will also be responsible for quality assurance of construction supervision services and create documentation, construction diaries, and reports.
Your Profile:
- You hold a successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering.
- You have completed a recognized training or certification as a Construction Supervisor for Railway Track and Civil Engineering according to VV BAU.
- You can demonstrate several years of experience as a Construction Supervisor for Railway Track.
- You are a team player, assertive, bring initiative, and remain calm under pressure.
- To drive to construction sites with your company car (also for private use), you need a valid Class B driver's license.
- You are proficient in modern IT and have a willingness to contribute to the development of digital solutions (digital construction diary, BIM, drones).
