**About the Role**
Teads is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tech/Telco sector growth strategy as an Industry Director. This exciting opportunity will enable you to become a key driver of growth within our Strategic Accounts team, based in Germany.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Elevate and refine our Tech/Telco sector growth strategy to drive consistent revenue growth across your account base.
- Establish and expand collaborative partnerships with leading Tech/Telco brands in Germany, fostering relationships across all key functions.
- Develop and deliver consultative sales presentations that leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, awareness of market trends, and Teads' comprehensive full-funnel solutions.
- Act as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the Tech/Telco vertical.
- Contribute to the accumulation of external and internal market intelligence and insights.
**Requirements**
- Strong understanding and background in Tech/Telco clients in Germany.
- Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers.
- Proven experience in collaborative sales to build long-term sustainable partnership growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of online video, display, performance, and CTV.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach.
- Strong track record of results delivery and ability to convert business from other media channels.
