Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement operations and assist in executing global category strategies.
- Conduct market analysis, evaluate supplier performance, and assess spending categories.
- Collaborate with various departments including supply chain management, marketing, IT, finance, and production, while independently handling assigned tasks.
- Participate in international projects, engage in negotiations, and contribute to contract management and decision-making processes.
- Support order processing and drive process optimization and standardization efforts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, economics, business informatics, or a related field, preferably in an advanced semester.
- Demonstrated interest and confidence in a global, cross-functional work environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High self-motivation with a structured, independent, and confident working style.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with prior experience in SAP and/or ARIBA being advantageous.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Previous practical experience in procurement is a plus.
