We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at airfocus. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer value and ensuring the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Own and drive the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our product.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their success with airfocus.
- Adoption and Engagement: Manage onboarding, drive adoption, and engagement to ensure customers get the most out of our product.
- Renewals and Upsells: Secure customer renewals and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Internal Collaboration: Participate in internal cross-functional improvement projects to drive business growth.
- Support and Feedback: Manage and deliver best-in-class support, listen to user feedback, and be the customer's voice in our company.
- Content Creation: Educate our users by creating content for our help center and conduct live demos and training sessions online.
- At least 1 year of customer success or account management experience in a B2B software company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- You are proactive, organized, empathetic, collaborative, positive, and flexible.
- Experience in product management or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours.
