Role Overview

We are in search of a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with our clients across various sectors and regions. Easygenerator offers a SaaS solution for eLearning authoring, and we pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages creativity, impactful contributions, and enjoyment in the workplace.

Since the establishment of our customer success department in 2017, we have witnessed remarkable growth. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with them to develop and implement success strategies that align with their learning and development objectives. Your mission will be to enhance the customer experience throughout their journey, ensuring successful renewals, contract expansions, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a global work environment.
  • Partner with renowned brands to create and execute success strategies that facilitate their learning aspirations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, assisting them in achieving their business goals.
  • Evaluate account health metrics and proactively implement measures to enhance customer retention.
  • Identify potential challenges with key clients and collaborate with customer leadership to address them.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or related account management roles.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and German, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. You are adept at leading discussions while also knowing when to listen.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong inclination towards negotiating favorable outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: You possess the ability to uncover underlying client needs and are genuinely committed to their success.
  • Interest in HR Technology: A keen awareness of current trends and developments in the field is preferred.
