Virtual Customer Success Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship and ensuring the success of our 4,500 SAP Signavio customers globally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships in alignment with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services
- Engage with customers in a pooled model and proactively manage your own customer portfolio
- Be accountable for customer success, including administrative topics, adoption, and renewal of SAP Signavio solutions
- Improve customer-facing processes and scalable outreaches
- Act as an interface between Product Management and customers to drive product development and improvements
- Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio strategists
- Create scalable content, such as best practices and Community articles
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and lead communication campaigns
- Proven ability to proactively engage across functions to support a customer community
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in email marketing and content creation
- Experience in SAP Signavio usage, business process management, or business process consulting (optional)
- Passion for innovation, customers, and their success
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in German and English
