Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview
As a pivotal contributor to the SME/Mid-Market sales strategy for the DACH region, you will take charge of managing and nurturing your own sales and revenue pipeline, with a primary focus on acquiring high-revenue merchants for the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales performance by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and closing deals within the target markets.
- Report directly to the SME/Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, working towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team objectives through a results-oriented approach.
Sales Cycle Management
- Own the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualifying leads, responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals while ensuring adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring that all opportunities and pending contracts are accurately reflected and monitored.
Performance Metrics
- Consistently meet performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and effective execution of sales activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roles, specifically in new business development within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong aptitude for identifying and leveraging business opportunities.
- Proficiency in sales pipelining software and excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Business fluency in English and native proficiency in German.
- Self-motivated and commercially astute, capable of driving projects independently in a dynamic international environment.
