Job Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our RevOps team, you will play a crucial role in establishing data-driven decision-making processes across our sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner for our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, providing expert guidance on data-driven decision-making.
  • Data and Reporting: Develop and implement data and reporting best practices across the entire funnel from scoping to tactical execution, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI.
  • Dashboard and Report Management: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to support sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and track KPIs, monitor and analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Revenue Operations: Manage territory planning and sales resources optimisation, providing comprehensive analysis of territory alignment decisions and advising on sales quota setting processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes, evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to support revenue operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing analytics or operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot Marketing (or any other MAP), Dealhub, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
