Position Overview
As a pivotal contributor to the SME/Mid-Market sales strategy for the DACH region, you will take charge of managing and nurturing your own sales and revenue pipeline, with a focus on acquiring high-value merchants for the network.
Key Responsibilities
~ Drive your individual sales performance by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and successfully closing deals within these markets.
~ Report directly to the SME/Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, with expectations to meet sales targets and support the team's objectives through a results-oriented approach.
Sales Cycle Management
~ Own the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualifying leads, responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals while ensuring adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management
~ Diligently manage and update your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring that opportunities and pending contracts are accurately reflected and monitored consistently.
Performance Metrics
~ Consistently achieve performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and effective execution of sales activities.
Qualifications
~ A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roles with a focus on new business development in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces, or related sectors.
~ Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong aptitude for identifying and leveraging business opportunities.
Skills Required
~ Proficiency in sales pipelining software.
~ Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the MS Office suite.
~ Business fluency in English and native proficiency in German.
~ Self-motivated and commercially astute, capable of driving projects independently in a dynamic international environment.
