Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at TEAG Thüringer Energie. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also assisting our sales team with back-office tasks and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial consultation and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the sales team with back-office tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties.
  • Support the management of appointments, contacts, and tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in creating customer quotes and project-specific contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare decision templates, presentations, and sales documents, showcasing our company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Assist in order and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Update data in project and CRM systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform special tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Business Administration or Technical Business Administration degree.
  • Understanding of service-oriented sales principles and practices.
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in the field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency with software and systems, including MS-Office and CRM platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Independent work style, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Team player, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
  • Driver's license class B, with a valid license to operate a vehicle.
