We are a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about circular economy and sustainability. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial reporting.

About the role
  • Support the Head of Accounting in setting up the accounting system for Rebuy ReCommerce GmbH
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • Assess and resolve tax and accounting-related issues independently and in collaboration with our tax advisors
  • Take ownership of projects and contribute to the development and optimization of processes
  • Lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a focus on finance, accounting, or taxation
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, with experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
