**Job Title:** Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hearing Specialist Assistant to join our team in Hamburg-Neuengamme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a unique and personalized experience.
  • Conduct hearing tests and assessments, using your expertise to identify the best solutions for our clients.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Support our clients in maintaining their hearing systems, providing expert advice on accessories and building long-term relationships.
  • Utilize our customer database to proactively contact clients, organizing local marketing events and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • As a data administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Support the management team in planning and implementing sales strategies, maintaining calendars, and overseeing inventory management.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data administration and management systems.
