Audiology Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As a Hearing Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Landshut.
Your key tasks will include:
- Conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions to our clients
- Implementing sales routines with excellence and ensuring a unique customer experience in our retail store
- Supporting our clients with the maintenance of their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships
- Utilizing our customer database to contact clients via phone and organizing local marketing activities (trade fairs and health events)
- As a data administrator, you will ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of customer information
- In the context of the retail store organization, you will assist with scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To have completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
- To be customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation
- To possess strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
- To thrive in a team environment and contribute to the team's success
- To be organized and flexible, with a high sense of responsibility
