Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team at Amplifon in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to clients
  • Implement sales routines and ensure a unique customer experience
  • Support clients in maintaining their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships
  • Utilize customer data to contact clients and organize local marketing activities
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Support the organization of the store, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Hearing Care Professional
  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of sales and consultation
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to the team's success
  • High organizational skills and flexibility
