**Job Title:** Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hearing Specialist Assistant to join our team at our Hamburg-Neuwiedenthal location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to our customers in a service-oriented sales and consultation environment.
  • Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure a unique customer experience through optimal processes in our retail store.
  • Support our customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
  • As a data administrator, work carefully and keep all customer information up-to-date.
  • Within the retail store organization, support with deployment planning, maintain the calendar, and take over order and inventory management.

**Requirements:**

  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d).
  • You always handle customer interactions in a customer-oriented manner and enjoy sales and consultation.
  • Strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy are essential.
  • You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success.
  • You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility.
