About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 360° Recruiter to join our team at myTalentscout GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to drive our recruitment efforts and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT and digital sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment processes and tools
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT and digital sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
