About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Teufel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, resources, and access rights
  • Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain client software (operating system, office software, specialized applications)
  • Analyze, classify, and process incoming requests in our ticketing system
  • Support our admin team with administration, monitoring, and error analysis
  • Maintain and update our IT knowledge base and provide training to our users

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (e.g. system integration) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, Intune) network and mobile device administration
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong knowledge of network, firewalls, and virtualization is an asset
