About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Teufel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage and maintain user accounts, resources, and access rights
- Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain client software (operating system, office software, specialized applications)
- Analyze, classify, and process incoming requests in our ticketing system
- Support our admin team with administration, monitoring, and error analysis
- Maintain and update our IT knowledge base and provide training to our users
Requirements
- Completed IT training (e.g. system integration) or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience and knowledge in Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, Intune) network and mobile device administration
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong knowledge of network, firewalls, and virtualization is an asset
