Global Partner Desk Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Global Partner Desk team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our supplier-partners and driving critical components of Wayfair's supplier support strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for our suppliers, providing support and training on the use of Wayfair tools.
- Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration and process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with our suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving business growth and supplier satisfaction.
- Think critically about our internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the supplier experience.
- Test new ideas in pilot programs, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (minimum B2), with Mandarin a plus.
- Business degree or similar academic background.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for professional development.
