Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at MEININGER Hotels. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
  • Respond to guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services
  • Take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
  • Work in a team and be ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
  • Enjoy a diverse working environment and be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening-, and night shifts

Requirements

  • Have your first working experience in the hotel or be passionate about HORECA industries
  • Possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
  • Be a people person, like helping others, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
  • Be a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
  • Speak German and English fluently (solid A2-B1 level min.), any other languages are an advantage
