Position Overview

In alignment with Vattenfall's workforce strategy, the acquisition of external expertise plays a crucial role. The Resource Management Center (RMC) is pivotal in coordinating and facilitating these external hiring processes.

We are currently seeking a

Resource Management Center (RMC) Advisor

As an RMC Advisor, you will oversee and implement the entire hiring process. Reporting directly to the RMC team manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues at your location while being part of an international network of professionals.

The RMC team comprises ten members based in various locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide hiring managers through the external recruitment process
  • Manage critical requisitions while balancing stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure adherence to Vattenfall policies and national regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders
  • Engage with brokers, suppliers, and temp agencies in collaboration with Procurement

Daily Activities Include:

  • Handling incoming requests and advising hiring managers on recruitment procedures and expectations
  • Executing new requests, extensions, and modifications in close collaboration with hiring managers and brokers/suppliers
  • Overseeing the call-offs of frame agreements with brokers/suppliers, ensuring competitive rates, and coordinating negotiations
  • Managing call-offs and generating purchase orders

In addition to your daily tasks, you will lead cross-team initiatives such as supplier management and process optimization to enhance Vattenfall's management of external resources.

Qualifications

As an RMC Advisor, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in contract, interim, or contingent recruitment
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to contingent workforce and contracting
  • Proven ability to work with a results-oriented mindset, meeting tight deadlines and providing concise information for senior management
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder management and engagement
  • A proactive approach to gaining knowledge to better understand business needs
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective
  • Ability to work independently with a strong service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of acting as a trusted advisor to internal clients
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
