**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Talent Acquisition team in Hamburg. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, working closely with our HR team to identify, attract, and select top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities, including pre-selection of new applications and coordination of interviews.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates and sources for recruitment.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in recruitment software a plus.
