Position OverviewIn alignment with Vattenfall's workforce strategy, the engagement of external expertise is crucial. The Resource Management Center (RMC) plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the hiring of external resources, ensuring that the right candidates are sourced effectively.
We are currently in search of a Resource Management Center (RMC) Advisor to join our team.
As an RMC Advisor, you will oversee and implement the entire hiring process, reporting directly to the RMC team manager. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues at your location while being part of an international team of professionals.
The RMC team comprises ten members located across various cities.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs an RMC Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding hiring managers through the external hiring process
- Effectively managing critical requisitions while balancing stakeholder expectations
- Ensuring adherence to Vattenfall policies and national regulations throughout the hiring process
- Serving as the primary contact for hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with brokers, suppliers, and temp agencies in conjunction with Procurement
Your daily activities will involve:
- Managing incoming requests and liaising with hiring managers regarding hiring procedures and expectations
- Executing new requests, prolongations, and modifications in close collaboration with hiring managers and brokers/suppliers
- Overseeing the call-offs of frame agreements with brokers/suppliers, ensuring alignment with benchmark rates, and coordinating negotiations
- Managing call-offs and creating purchase orders
In addition to your daily tasks, you will lead one or more cross-team initiatives, such as supplier management and process improvement, to enhance Vattenfall's management of external resources.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the RMC Advisor role will possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in contract, interim, or contingent recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance aspects related to contingent workforce and contracting types
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines and provide concise information for senior management
- Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder management and engagement
- A proactive attitude towards acquiring knowledge to better understand business needs
- Attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective
- Strong ability to work independently
- A service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to internal customers
- Fluency in both German and English, both spoken and written
