Your Role: Talent Acquisition Support - Working Student
As a Working Student in our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in daily recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and communication.
- Candidate Evaluation: Collaborate with the TA team and Hiring Managers to pre-select candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Assistance: Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires, including contract creation and documentation.
- Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Contribute to talent acquisition strategies by identifying potential candidates through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Xing.
Your Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a business or psychology program at a university.
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
