Position Overview

In line with our workforce strategy, the recruitment of external expertise is crucial. The Resource Management Center (RMC) plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating these external hiring processes.

We are currently in search of a Resource Management Center (RMC) Advisor.

As an RMC Advisor, you will oversee and implement the entire hiring process, reporting directly to the RMC team manager. Your role will involve close collaboration with colleagues at your location while being part of an international team of professionals.

The RMC team comprises ten members located across various cities.

Key Responsibilities

As an RMC Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding hiring managers through the external recruitment process
  • Effectively managing critical requisitions while balancing stakeholder expectations
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and national regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Serving as the primary contact for hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders
  • Interacting with brokers, suppliers, and temp agencies in close collaboration with Procurement
Daily Activities

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Managing incoming requests and liaising with hiring managers regarding recruitment procedures and expectations
  • Executing new requests, including market searches through brokers and suppliers, extensions, and modifications in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Overseeing the call-offs of frame agreements with brokers/suppliers, ensuring compliance with benchmark rates, and coordinating negotiations
  • Creating purchase orders and managing call-offs

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will lead cross-team initiatives such as supplier management and process optimization to enhance the management of external resources.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the RMC Advisor position will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in contract, interim, or contingent recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance matters related to contingent workforce and contracting
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines and provide concise information for senior management
  • Demonstrated effective stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • A proactive attitude towards understanding business requirements
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective
  • Strong independent working capabilities
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to internal clients
  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
