Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our software applications, IT systems, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring a transparent flow of information and optimal working conditions.
  • Act as a sparring partner for your team and our customers, providing regular support and guidance in the day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and IT, facilitating direct solutions, error analysis, and transfer to level 3 support.
  • Support your team in complex situations, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services, suggesting ideas and reflecting on them with your departmental leadership.
Requirements:
  • A completed education in the IT field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Proven experience in application support, with a strong understanding of software applications and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with project management and team leadership, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
