We are seeking a Dynamic Support Assistant (m/f/d) to enhance our daily operations. This position involves various responsibilities, from vehicle preparation to equipment inspections and customer interactions, providing a unique opportunity to learn and work collaboratively in a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing vehicles for upcoming rentals, which includes thorough inspections, cleaning, and equipping with essential and optional accessories (e.g., bike racks, pet packages).
  • Greeting customers warmly, delivering professional vehicle orientations, and ensuring a memorable experience at our location.
  • Understanding our damage management procedures, which involves recognizing and assessing damages, documenting them in our system, and assisting in their resolution.
  • Organizing and maintaining equipment at the station.
  • Opportunity to engage in maintenance or sales support tasks based on individual interests and skills.
Desired Qualifications

We appreciate individuals who enjoy engaging with customers. The role also requires:

  • Legal age and possession of a Class B driver's license.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays, with additional compensation for such shifts.
  • Proficiency in German and the ability to communicate in English.
