Senior Manager of Internal Audit

Your Responsibilities
∙ Conduct comprehensive internal audits

  • Evaluate business performance in areas such as product development, channel partnerships, customer relations, and overall business strategy.
Financial oversight, organizational structure, and capability assessment

  • Assess risks and controls related to Sales Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics to identify process-level vulnerabilities.
  • Verify compliance of subsidiary processes with the company's global standards.
  • Analyze internal control documentation and risk control matrices.
  • Generate audit reports with actionable improvement and remediation strategies.
∙ Fraud investigation

  • Examine reported fraud incidents by gathering statements from involved parties and performing data analysis.
  • Identify root causes that allowed fraud to occur.
∙ Employee compliance and ethics training

  • Create training materials featuring best practices and case studies.
  • Deliver educational sessions for subsidiary employees.
  • Provide guidance and knowledgeable responses to subsidiary inquiries.
∙ Administrative duties

  • Formulate an annual internal audit strategy.
  • Oversee the progress of corrective actions following audits.
Your Qualifications
∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
∙ At least 7 years of relevant experience

  • Balanced expertise in both operational and financial statement audits.
∙ Strong communication abilities

  • Capacity to work autonomously and effectively with diverse teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster positive interpersonal relationships through in-depth support.
∙ Audit proficiency

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Proactively explore and analyze data from systems.
∙ Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and Korea
∙ Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
