Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our team at LG Electronics. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for leading internal audits, identifying risks, and implementing controls to ensure the integrity of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Audit:
- Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement in terms of product pipeline, channel collaboration, consumer relationships, and business portfolio.
- Assess risks and controls in sales administration, marketing, supply chain management, and logistics to identify process-level risks.
- Inspect subsidiary processes to ensure compliance with company-wide standards.
- Review internal controls documents, risk, and control matrices.
- Prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvement and remediation plans.
- Fraud Inspection:
- Investigate reported fraud cases to determine their validity through data analysis and statements from relevant individuals.
- Identify the root causes of fraud and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Employee Compliance and Ethics Training:
- Develop training materials and conduct education sessions for employees on compliance and ethics.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related queries.
- Administration:
- Develop the internal audit plan for the year.
- Monitor and track corrective actions following audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in internal auditing, with a well-balanced mix of operational and financial statement audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- No issues with frequent business travel to Europe and Korea.
