Your Responsibilities
∙ Conduct internal audit assessments

  • Evaluate business performance in areas such as product development, collaboration across channels, customer relations, and overall business portfolio.
Focus on brand communication, organizational structure, and financial management (profitability analysis)

  • Assess risks and controls related to Sales Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Service to identify process-level risks.
  • Verify compliance of subsidiary processes with the company's primary global standards.
  • Review documentation related to internal controls and risk management.
  • Compile audit reports with recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
∙ Investigate potential fraud

  • Analyze reported fraud cases by gathering statements from involved parties and conducting data analysis.
  • Identify root causes for lapses in fraud prevention.
∙ Conduct employee compliance and ethics training

  • Create training materials featuring best practices and case studies.
  • Deliver educational sessions for subsidiary employees.
  • Provide guidance and knowledgeable responses to subsidiary inquiries.
∙ Administrative duties

  • Formulate an annual internal audit strategy.
  • Oversee the progress of corrective actions following audits.
Your Qualifications
∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
∙ At least 7 years of relevant experience

  • Comprehensive experience in both operational and financial audits.
∙ Strong communication abilities

  • Capable of working independently and effectively with diverse teams.
  • Foster positive interpersonal relationships by providing thorough support.
∙ Proficient audit skills

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Proactively explore and analyze data from systems.
∙ Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and Korea
∙ Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
