Your Responsibilities
∙ Conduct internal audits

  • Evaluate business performance regarding product development, collaboration across channels, customer relations, and business portfolio management.
Brand Communication, Organizational structure and capabilities, Financial oversight (profit management)

  • Assess risks and controls in Sales Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Service to identify process-level risks.
  • Verify compliance of subsidiary processes with the company's global standards.
  • Review documentation of internal controls and risk control matrices.
  • Prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvements and remediation plans.
∙ Fraud investigation

  • Examine reported fraud cases by gathering statements from involved parties and conducting data analysis.
  • Identify root causes that allowed fraud to occur.
∙ Employee compliance and ethics training

  • Create training materials featuring best practices and case studies.
  • Deliver training sessions for subsidiary employees.
  • Provide guidelines and knowledgeable responses to subsidiary inquiries.
∙ Administrative duties

  • Formulate an annual internal audit plan.
  • Oversee the progress of corrective actions following audits.
Your Qualifications
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
∙ At least 7 years of experience

  • Comprehensive experience in both Operational and Financial Statement Audits.
∙ Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse teams.
  • Collaborate well with other departments and foster strong interpersonal relationships through in-depth support.
∙ Audit expertise

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Proactively explore and analyze data from systems.
∙ Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and Korea.
∙ Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
