Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing customer complaints and implementing improvement measures to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer complaints and develop improvement plans to increase customer satisfaction
  • Conduct process and procedure analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Document processes and create standard presentations and analyses
  • Monitor goals and take corrective action when deviations occur
  • Regularly communicate with the project management team from the departments of customer complaints, e-commerce, quality, and logistics management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification (successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training with relevant work experience)
  • Work experience in customer service, sales, or quality control (desired)
  • Hands-on mentality, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for optimization opportunities
  • High IT affinity and secure handling of MS Office applications

About the Role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will be the interface between internal and external departments, consolidating information, and developing recommendations for action.
