We are thrilled to present an opportunity for:

Customer Experience Intern (all genders welcome)

Engage in meaningful projects and responsibilities within our Customer Experience division at Kia Europe.

Your Role:

  • Assist in B2B Customer Experience initiatives, including project and portfolio management, by collecting and coordinating information from various departments, maintaining project documentation, and preparing for regular B2B CX meetings.
  • Support B2B CX Deepdive efforts by analyzing research data, consolidating insights, and reporting findings to the B2B CX Manager and the broader CX team.
  • Stay informed about trends in e-LCV and EV customer experiences, providing innovative ideas and observations to enhance customer experience strategies.
  • Conduct desk research and benchmarking in areas such as fleet & LCV customer experience, connectivity, charging management, mobility, digital trends, and the automotive sector.
  • Assist the B2B CX Manager in documenting and designing customer journeys and strategic guidelines for Kia's European divisions and markets.
  • Help organize and coordinate internal and external CX meetings, presentations, workshops, and conferences.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, market research, competitor analysis, and innovative initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • A collaborative team player who is curious, proactive, dependable, and action-oriented.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven analytical mindset.
  • Genuine interest in Automotive, Mobility, Electrification, Digital Customer Experience, and Technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
