Key Responsibilities- Conducting cold calls to arrange meetings with key decision-makers across diverse sectors.
- Managing emails and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn.
- Employing a CRM system to strategize, oversee, and enhance sales operations.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential.
- You must be currently enrolled in a university and able to commit to a set number of hours each week.
- Previous experience in telemarketing is preferred.
- A genuine enjoyment of making phone calls, coupled with motivation, resilience, and strong persuasive abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, financial motivation, and a confident presence are crucial.
- You should be communicative, skilled in negotiation, capable of working independently, and focused on achieving goals.
