Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at Schulz & Cie. Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Information Security Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement an information security strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Manage Information Security Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including EBA guidelines, BaFin announcements, MaRisk, and BAIT.
- Cybersecurity Awareness and Training: Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness and training programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
- Incident Response and Management: Develop and implement incident response and management plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Collaboration with IT and Business Teams: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that information security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of EBA guidelines, BaFin announcements, MaRisk, and BAIT.
- Education: Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
