Role Overview

  • This position is part of a cross-functional team within a new product tribe, playing a vital role in the long-term vision.
  • As a Senior Product Strategist, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to this exciting new initiative. You will also engage frequently with various expert stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap while driving the implementation of optimal solutions to complex challenges.
  • You will lead integrations with other services and manage connections to the intricate and regulated capital markets infrastructure beyond our scope.
  • You will coordinate resources, establish timelines, and manage interdependencies across teams to ensure effective delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong passion for technology, finance, and digital products.
  • Proven experience in agile product development, preferably within the capital markets or banking sectors.
  • Experience in developing highly scalable and reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and conciseness tailored to your audience.
  • A deep understanding of customer problems and needs.
  • A hands-on approach: from ideation and research to prototyping and user stories, you are capable of managing the entire process.
  • Familiarity with common agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, and similar applications.
  • Proficient in English communication (German is a plus but not required).
