Position Overview
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you driven by the potential of advanced Data & Analytics to shape the future of retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG)? EPAM is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to enhance our growing Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. This role is integral to our Global Consumer Data and Analytics Consulting team, which comprises specialists from diverse sectors. Candidates should possess a robust background in Data & Analytics consulting, enabling them to assist clients in formulating their comprehensive technology strategies and execution plans.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide, transformative Data & Analytics solutions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior-level Retail/CPG clients and both internal and external partners to drive growth within the client portfolio.
- Serve as an industry authority on Retail/CPG matters, both within EPAM and with clients.
- Contribute to the development of EPAM's Data & Analytics offerings and market strategies, ensuring alignment with the strategic challenges faced by Retail/CPG clients.
- Collaborate with local and global technical and business data teams to guide clients on their overall Data & Analytics strategies and implementations.
- Comprehend the interplay between technology, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Work closely with project and program management to ensure successful project delivery through an integrated approach.
- Spearhead research and strategy formulation while championing the development of new Data & Analytics products or services to expand market reach, monetize data, and enhance company revenue.
- Drive revenue growth within the client portfolio by identifying opportunities and promoting EPAM services.
Required Qualifications
- Visionary in the Retail and/or CPG industry with a strong technological inclination.
- Extensive experience in Data & Analytics.
- Proven track record in developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Proficient in linking business challenges with analytics and relevant technological solutions.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining detail-oriented to provide value to clients and support to team members.
- Experience collaborating with relevant delivery teams.
- Confident in articulating viewpoints, making recommendations, and presenting analyses and suggestions as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German is essential.
