If so, EPAM is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. This position is part of a global team of experts serving diverse sectors. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients across the retail and CPG landscape by defining their overall technology strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide, transformative Data & Analytics solutions for our retail and CPG clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level executives within retail and CPG companies, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth within your client portfolio.
  • Become a recognized industry expert on Retail/CPG topics both internally within EPAM and externally with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of EPAM's Data & Analytics offering and go-to-market strategy, ensuring it effectively addresses the key strategic challenges faced by retail and CPG clients.
  • Collaborate with local and global technical and business data practice teams to advise clients on their overall Data & Analytics strategy and implementations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, customer experience, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with project/program management teams to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
  • Lead research and strategy creation, and sponsor the development of new Data & Analytics products or services to expand markets, monetize data, and drive company revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities within your client portfolio and effectively influence/sell-in EPAM's services to drive revenue generation.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong vision for the future of retail and CPG, coupled with a passion for technology.
  • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, including strategy development, implementation, and management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders within the retail and CPG industries.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
