About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at EPAM. As a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development of enterprise-wide, transformational Data & Analytics solutions for our Retail and Consumer Goods clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in shaping Data & Analytics strategies and solutions for clients
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth and maximize value
  • Act as an industry expert on Retail and Consumer Goods topics, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver Data & Analytics solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in Data & Analytics solutions
  • Work closely with project management to ensure successful delivery of Data & Analytics projects
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion of Data & Analytics services

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong background in Retail and Consumer Goods
  • Proven track record of developing and growing client relationships
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level, with a deep understanding of business needs and challenges
  • Experience working with relevant delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Native/fluent German speaking skills are essential
