Yoffix is a comprehensive SaaS solution designed for hybrid workplaces, facilitating the shift to modern work environments across various business sectors. As a Berlin-based start-up, we aim to transform the way organizations operate. Our platform allows companies to efficiently manage flexible office spaces and remote work arrangements, optimizing office utilization by over 50%.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive - D/A/CH+ (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team and take charge of converting sales leads into loyal customers. The primary focus will be on the D/A/CH market, along with opportunities in other European regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline targeting SMBs, SMEs, and Enterprise clients.
  • Engage potential business clients, follow up on existing leads, and connect with prospects through various communication channels including phone, video calls, and email.
  • Utilize sales methodologies such as BANT and/or MEDDIC to convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain an organized CRM database and document the sales process thoroughly.
  • Showcase and demonstrate the benefits of our software to prospective clients through calls, video presentations, and in-person meetings, primarily in the D/A/CH region and other European countries.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients to foster a positive customer experience.
  • Manage client complaints and negotiations, including pricing discussions.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales performance, objectives, pipeline status, and forecasts to your manager.
  • Participate in networking and community events to generate new leads.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay informed about new product specifications and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • You possess a competitive spirit, confidence, persistence, and a strong commission-driven mindset.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in direct outbound sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • You are familiar with SaaS sales and have experience applying sales methodologies like BANT and/or MEDDIC.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are CRM-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • You are a native German speaker with fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
