About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Event Marketing Manager to join our team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As the central point of contact for the marketing of our startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D, you will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, staffing, and timeline development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Source and select external suppliers and production partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and review promotional content.
  • Support event and marketing controlling, including creating presentations on project status and progress.
  • Assist the event team on-site with preparation and execution.
Requirements
  • Relevant marketing background and at least 2 years of experience in marketing project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a good understanding of interculturality.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and responsible, with a good understanding of numbers and budget management.
