As the Event Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for the marketing initiatives surrounding our renowned startup festival, Heilbronn Slush'D. Your collaboration will span across our Slush'D team, marketing department, and various external production partners and suppliers.
Heilbronn Slush'D stands as a premier festival for visionary entrepreneurs, groundbreaking startups, leading academic institutions, forward-thinking investors, and innovative companies. With a robust network and a dynamic atmosphere, it has emerged as Europe’s leading startup ecosystem, providing an exceptional platform for future founders to connect, collaborate, and showcase their innovative ideas.
- Overseeing the marketing project planning, budget management, staffing, and timeline development.
- Advising and guiding both internal and external stakeholders throughout various project phases.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting external suppliers and production partners.
- Collaborating effectively with partners, institutions, authorities, and logistics providers.
- Creating internal and external creative briefs in partnership with the marketing team.
- Ensuring that all project team members have the necessary information and approvals for execution.
- Assisting the marketing team in crafting and reviewing promotional content, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Supporting event and marketing analysis, and preparing presentations on project status and progress.
- Providing on-site support to the event team during preparation and execution.
- A solid professional background, either through vocational training or a relevant degree in marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in an agency setting focused on events.
- A strong understanding of the startup and event landscape.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Responsible, structured, and reliable, with a keen understanding of budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a passion for intercultural communication to engage with our international team and global partners.
