Event Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team at Campus Founders gGmbH. As the central point of contact for the marketing of our startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D, you will be responsible for the marketing-specific project planning, project budget, project staffing, and the development of marketing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D.
  • Collaborate with the Slush'D team, marketing team, and external production partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project phases.
  • Source and select external suppliers and production partners to meet project needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and proofread promotional content for the event.
  • Support event and marketing controlling, creating presentations on project status and progress.
  • Assist the event team on-site in preparation and execution.
Requirements
  • Relevant marketing background and solid professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in an agency environment with a focus on events.
  • Good understanding of the startup and event market.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and responsible, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with international partners.
