Are you ready to take on a new challenge in the dynamic world of event marketing? At Campus Founders gGmbH, we are dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. As the Event Marketing Manager, you will serve as the pivotal contact for the marketing initiatives surrounding our startup festival, Heilbronn Slush'D.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the planning, budgeting, staffing, and timeline development for marketing projects.
- Advising and guiding both internal and external stakeholders throughout various project phases.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting external suppliers and production partners.
- Collaborating effectively with partners, institutions, and external logistics teams.
- Creating comprehensive internal and external creative briefs in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Ensuring all project team members have the necessary information and approvals for execution.
- Assisting the marketing team in crafting and reviewing promotional materials for the event, ensuring quality control.
- Supporting event and marketing performance tracking and preparing presentations on project status.
- Providing on-site support to the event team during preparation and execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A solid professional background, with either vocational training or a degree in a relevant marketing field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in an agency setting focused on events.
- A strong understanding of the startup and event landscape.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Responsible, structured, and reliable, with a keen understanding of budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a passion for intercultural communication.
