Marketing Events Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the marketing project planning, including budget management and staffing.
  • Guide internal and external stakeholders through various project phases.
  • Research and select external suppliers and production partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners, institutions, and logistics teams.
  • Develop creative briefings in conjunction with the marketing team.
  • Ensure all project team members have the necessary information and approvals.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing promotional content, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Support marketing analytics and prepare presentations on project progress.
  • Provide on-site assistance during event preparation and execution.

Your Profile:

  • A solid professional background in marketing, with relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in an event-focused agency.
  • Strong understanding of the startup and event landscape.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Responsible and reliable, with a good grasp of budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a passion for intercultural communication.
