Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the complete audit process, from preparation through execution to follow-up
  • Oversee the harmonization and enhancement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines, KPIs, and material specifications across all locations
  • Collaborate with global category managers to identify critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers
  • Enhance supplier capabilities and competitiveness in cost, quality, lead time, and technology
  • Support the internal organization in supplier and material approval processes
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably within the transformer industry
  • ISO auditor certification, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety
  • Exceptional skills in analytics, project and process management, self-organization, structuring and prioritization, assertiveness, teamwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
