We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel in Regensburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving hotel profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to drive hotel profitability
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest service and quality assurance
  • Manage daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement market-driven offers and sales strategies
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Strong aptitude in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
