CRM and Customer Loyalty Manager

Become a part of Lyto Brands Group as a CRM and Customer Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a skilled CRM expert to contribute significantly to our Multi-Brand Group. Your primary goal will be to enhance Customer Lifetime Value and increase repeat purchase rates. Leveraging your CRM knowledge, you will ensure our brands remain top-of-mind within their respective categories, fostering greater customer loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing: Create and refine automated email marketing strategies using Klaviyo.
  • CRM System Development: Work alongside the development team to design a tailored CRM system.
  • Cohort Trend Analysis: Evaluate cohort data and extract actionable insights.
  • Alternative CRM Strategies: Execute marketing initiatives through WhatsApp, offline print mailings, and other channels.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement community strategies across social media platforms.
  • Brand Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the design team to roll out branding initiatives that elevate customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, ideally within a dynamic e-commerce setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo for email marketing purposes.
  • Experience in constructing and managing CRM databases.
  • Familiarity with various CRM channels, including WhatsApp and print marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
