Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Manager Promotions to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies and campaigns for our INSIDER loyalty program in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of CRM strategies and campaigns for the INSIDER loyalty program in international markets, with a focus on Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Manage INSIDER campaigns (offline and online) and POS communication, with a focus on personalization and digitalization.
  • Define INSIDER features and benefits and support the implementation with internal departments.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel segmentation strategies.
  • Monitor loyalty KPIs and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments, such as marketing, international sales, and customer service, as well as external agencies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Communications or Business Administration, with a focus on marketing or CRM.
  • First-hand experience in CRM, with a focus on loyalty programs and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM and loyalty tools, such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, Dymatrix, and Emarsys.
  • High level of initiative, innovation, decision-making, communication, and creativity.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, with knowledge of Eastern European languages an asset.
